I was very happy to get my first camcorder and being a beginner I thought it would be perfect how wrong I was. I started sorting it, but at first the picture quality was poor, like a clamshell phone. Then comes the video quality. At first I thought it was the lighting, but no, the video was very grainy. Next comes battery life. I charged it overnight to make sure it was fully charged and since it comes with two batteries I made them both the same. After my first use when I noticed everything. The batteries didn't last more than 10 minutes before quickly going from green to orange when fully charged. Well I think that's why you get two batteries. I was very disappointed as I was looking forward to using it next month as the family was taking my mom to Vegas for her birthday. Now I have to return this camcorder and the five memory cards that came with it. I think I'll just stick with my phone.
