Update 6 months later: mouse scroll button stopped working. I called Macally and the returns specialist told me I needed to fill out a warranty exchange form and that she would email it to me immediately. I never received the form. I've been calling for a refund for two days with no response. I left a lengthy message asking for a call back but to no avail. I will never buy or recommend their products again. Sad product and customer service! If my mouse is not defective, the charging process cannot take even close to 3 months. I use my mouse about 1-3 hours a day and get an average of 3 weeks of battery life on a full charge. The mouse otherwise works great, but why advertise up to 3 months and then state in the product description that the charger offers 2 months of use between charges. As a matter of fact. I'm currently using it when plugged in as it only lasted 3 weeks on one charge.
