Three months battery claim made me buy this mouse. It arrived with instructions stating 70 hours of battery life. 70 hours spread over 90 days equals about 45 minutes a day. I googled the average mouse usage per day and found it to be over 4 hours. 4 hours a day means 18 days of battery life, not 90 days. Actually, I would give this mouse five stars. I bought this to use with my new MacBook Air and the only problem I had was that it wouldn't connect to my MacBook Air - because no driver or any other problem. .. I mean, it was only $12 or $13, so I didn't get my hopes up too high. I turned it on and it was connected before I even tried to plug it in and the best part is NO DRIVERS were required, it just works! I can't comment on the battery life as I don't use it all the time, but I think the battery will last quite a while if you unplug it…

Connects well, buttons are nice and quiet and have a nice Apple Mighty Mouse shape, but this mouse has two small issues: 1) no pads or sliders below. It moves well across my desk but makes a crunching noise and 2) the scroll wheel is very loose and when you move it left to right it makes a rattling noise. This also happens when moving the mouse. I paid less than $10 for it so I'm fine with that price but if those issues were solved it would be a great little mouse.

Update 6 months later: mouse scroll button stopped working. I called Macally and the returns specialist told me I needed to fill out a warranty exchange form and that she would email it to me immediately. I never received the form. I've been calling for a refund for two days with no response. I left a lengthy message asking for a call back but to no avail. I will never buy or recommend their products again. I like the wireless/bluetooth mouse. This is my first experience with one. Good that there is no separate USB port. I also like the ability to recharge. I used this mouse for over 3 weeks before needing a charge. The mouse is smooth without roughness (I had the previous one with sharp edges near the wheel, not from this brand and not from the seller).

I hate mice. Most don't feel good, don't click well, and don't move smoothly. Those who do one are not doing the other things I seek. I hate the ergonomics of some of the most expensive ones I've tried. I love my Macally Ice wired mice. Finally something as good as Bluetooth connects smoothly and keeps working. Big BONUS, they're not expensive. Macally you have a hit on your hands.

I currently use this mouse with my MacBook Pro. I'm not a fan of trackpads. I can set this mouse up tight enough that I only need the bottom right corner next to the trackpad to cover the entire display.
