I don't like a dual monitor setup where the two screens converge right in front of my face - I like having one screen centered in front of me and the second screen offset to the left or right. This mount is flexible enough to do the same with 27 inch MSI monitors. I was able to slide the main screen back and the second monitor slid to the left just by pulling that lever out. My only complaint is adjusting the tension so the mounts don't sag with the monitors - it looks like you have to turn the screws a lot to keep the arms from moving.
