Sonos One - bracket broken and screw too long; not super research

Edit: 02/06/2020 - Bought directly from Revain (Revain was a supplier, not a third party) and GT STUDIO refused support despite 100% quality guarantee. Told me to give it back to Revane. Proceed at your own risk. I recommend looking for a higher quality product. I received an item with a broken rear/top bracket. I have emailed GT Studio and will update if/when I receive a reply. I'm also missing some rubber feet, but that's not so important. Another customer noticed that the screw for the Sonos One Back/Top Bracket is too long - I can confirm the same experience. It's a little too long so it can't be tightened to the bottom bracket. While the rear/top mount offers no obvious functional support (other than hiding the cable and the expired bottom bracket), the wavy mount looks a bit unsightly considering the price. If you have spare parts for your computer on hand instead, the motherboard screw is the ideal length. With my spare screw I was able to attach the brackets easily. When everything is assembled, the Sonos One doesn't sit very securely on the mount. There's no screw or clip that actually secures the Sonos One - instead the bottom bracket basically has a ledge wrapped in grippy foam that fits into the underside of the Sonos One. It basically sits there - held in place by gravity and grippy foam. In an adult family this should be fine, but I would be a little worried about pets and children. TL; DR - Use the motherboard screw to fix the top bracket as the one provided is too long. Not very durable - will not be particularly safe around pets or children.
