Four stars because no instructions came with it. After I put it on and adjusted everything was fine. Non-itchy and non-irritating fabric. Very stretchy so easy to put on and take off. Very adjustable, I would say it will fit most men's and women's wrists as long as they are not abnormally large. I usually wear small Fitbit straps and this one has an extra two inches that I could leave loose. The color corresponds to the photos and it is very well finished, very happy with the purchase!
