Review on Ventev Wireless Chargestand Universal Charging by David Bartan

I bought this wireless charger to use with my iPhone X. The design is really very good and it can be used as a stand or as a flat desktop. The charging pad can be adjusted in the stand for different cell phone sizes. It charges fairly quickly and I've never noticed a huge issue with heat build-up. Unfortunately, after just four months of use, it inexplicably stopped charging. I unplugged it and tried a different outlet that I know is good. I unplugged and reinstalled the connector on the back of the charging pad. However, it does not charge and the charging indicator is off. Normal charging of my phone with the factory plug works fine. This item has not been subjected to violence and has remained in the same place, out of direct sunlight, the entire time I have been using it. I see that the return period is 30 days and the support time is 60 days, so I'm not lucky in that regard. Too bad Ventev doesn't endorse their product because I really liked this charger until it turned into a paperweight.
