The ability to see everything going across our org in one place! It's like having your own personal project manager who can help you get things done efficiently within projects or tasks without being told by anyone else what needs doing first. I wish there were some way for it not be so hard to navigate - sometimes it feels overwhelming when trying to find something quickly amongst tons of options that are available but don't seem relevant/needed right now. If you're looking for an effective tool to keep track of workflows & progress throughout teams as well as easily communicate status updates between multiple people then this should definitely be considered. We've been able to improve efficiency from day 1 since we have full access into every task that has gone through each team member.
