The best eyebrow pencil ever!
I love this brow pencil because it's the only one I've found that's not too dark, not greasy and easy to apply. Not to mention it's the perfect price. To my dismay, I couldn't find it in most stores anymore! I am not sure if it has been discontinued or not. LA colors has several different eyebrow pencils, but for me this one is simply the best. Glad it's on Revain.
