Always DEAD! on my review.

I really wanted to like this case. Case does NOT hold a charge. I don’t use my AirPods every day or leave them plugged in all the time and when I go to use them the case AND the AirPods are completely dead after only a day or so of being unplugged and unused and take hours to charge which is incredibly frustrating when you want to use them and can’t. Don’t waste your money, buy an original replacement
