I am incredibly disappointed. Having previously worked in the retail and styling industries, I know how to use a steamer. One of my favorite fashion bloggers loved this piece and I bought it for a special event that involved travel. I left my dress hanging but I still had a few spots to touch up when I arrived at my destination. This product only spat distilled water (as recommended) onto my clothes and didn't smooth out a single wrinkle!
