The customer service team was very responsive when we had questions about our account setup and implementation of new features. They were also able to provide some guidance as it relates to how best to utilize them. I wish they could offer more robust support with regards to billing inquiries/issues. There are many small issues related to invoicing that can be easily resolved by contacting support but there isn't much help available beyond that point. We have been using this software since 2013 and while it has evolved over time, the platform itself hasn't changed dramatically and continues to work well. This allows us to focus on what matters most - running our business!
