Review on 💾 Glyph BlackBox Pro 7200 RPM USB-C (3.1, Gen2) External Hard Drive - 12TB Capacity by Phil Anderson

I bought this hard drive as a backup for my PC (running Win 10). I've searched the web, youtube, product website for help with the drive not being recognized no matter what etc. The only information I found came directly from the Glyph website and it said: We were able to reproduce Fix Glyph Manager crash when changing drive mode on Windows 7 64-bit We found Glyph Manager to work correctly on Windows 32-bit. While there is currently an issue with the Glyph Manager driver when using Firewire on a 64-bit operating system, there is a workaround. Connect the Glyph RAID to your Windows computer via USB to change disk modes. After changing disk mode, Glyph RAID can be connected via Firewire to format and save data. The driver issue above only affects using Glyph Manager with a Firewire connection, not using the drive for any other purpose. Right. Do not buy this CD; you will regret it.
