First of all, as the name suggests, this charger is NOT an official Dell charger. I recently bought a new Alienware m15 and wanted an extra travel and home charger. In the photos, the charger on the left is my Alienware factory charger, on the right is the charger I bought as an accessory. You can clearly see that the label on the brick is not from the factory. The end that connects to the computer is also slightly shorter but still connects well. I will continue to use the charger as it charges my computer well but I am disappointed that it was advertised as a genuine Dell charger. If there are problems I will update this comment. I hope this review helps you if you are considering buying this charger.
