Review on vCitadel: Enterprise Hosting and Managed Service Provider by Ian Bates

The platform looks great, has been very easy to use so far (we're only 1 month into using it). I'm honestly not sure what we are missing yet as everything seems like exactly how you'd expect from such an enterprise hosting provider - pricing, customer support etc. We haven't really used any features that aren't available with other providers but there's nothing specifically bad about them either at this point. If anything they've made our life easier by making some things much more user friendly than others! Easy management tool set up, good prices, excellent support system/customer services team.
