Great at first, just what I was looking for. Unfortunately after 4 months one of the HDMI ports doesn't wake up after my laptop wakes up from sleep mode. I have to turn off the hub, unplug it and wait a few seconds before plugging it back in to get the port working again. I've changed HDMI cables and even monitors. Does not matter. Whatever monitor is connected to HDMI 1 will not be recognized after waking up. Even if I just turn off the monitor, unplug the HDMI cable and plug it back in. The entire hub and everything attached to it must be completely disconnected. I bought this dock because I needed two HDMI ports. Now it's too much trouble to make them work every morning, after lunch, or during a break. While the other features work, it's just a paperweight without a second monitor.
