Made in China. It's bigger than it looks in the photos. Stainless steel. The frying pan is thin and has a small dent and scratches. While it will not rust, any droppings left by your pet should be cleaned up immediately as the metal will stain. Working with cups is inconvenient. It's best to wash it completely. Don't parse. Otherwise the washers are easily lost.
