Good - turns on automatically when ambient light gets too low, e.g. B. at night. The bad - my outlets at home are horizontal instead of vertical as shown in the product photos. The light itself is very bright and faces down when plugged into a vertical outlet. Since my exits are horizontal, the light shoots out to the sides and has a strong light on one side when I prefer a softer night light. Update - I've noticed that the lights are getting dimmer. With the lights flipped on their side due to the horizontal exits, it's hard to tell. I definitely recommend for those who have those vertical outlets. The light will appear much softer to those with these vertical exits. Update 2: This seller really went above and beyond and offered to replace the item for my "problem" with another version of their lamp or another product from their line. In my opinion, this company will do everything to satisfy the customer.
