QC seems to have left the building
I was really looking forward to my new lipstick. I love all hives. Unfortunately the lipstick was smeared in the cap. All of that. I don't normally apply lipstick from a tube anyway, I usually scoop it into a plastic container (weekday pill holders work great) and apply it with a brush, but as far as presentation goes, REALLY?!? Apparently QC was on vacation because of this mess. I will not send it back. I'll talk about the color and the feel when I'm done, when I'm totally fed up with the company I've been used to for years.
