A waste of money for traditional laptops
So last year I had to restart the operating system several times. The battery does not charge and now it does not even start saying there is no hard drive. This product performed reasonably well during this return period. I'm so disappointed and lost $650. I use it to drive one of my cars and have found better functionality and reliability in a new 350hp laptop. I hope this saves someone from wasting money on these refurbished options.
