Exceeded my expectations

My house is in a soup bowl surrounded by 40 to 60 foot trees. I hooked the antenna to the back of the TV and checked for channels. A total of 59 channels were detected during the snowstorm, about 40 out of 59 channels were clear with no pixelation. TV stations for the other 19 channels were too far away to get a decent picture (audio in and out/picture is pixelated. I'm very happy with the results. Many channels are in HD and as clear as cable. What do you lose if if the antenna doesn't work, you can always return it. :-)
