Unsuccessful purchase, I am disappointed.

As their profession, they send me such difficult things in bulk. Some of them can be retrieved, while others cannot. Regrettably, I have no choice but to concur with the general consensus that it is preferable not to take this brand for those individuals for whom it is necessary to have access to significant information. The same Toshiba is more reliable; it can go for up to seven years without experiencing any faults. Quickly, all of my own seagates were shut down, and the information was lost forever. If it is still possible to rectify something for a small volume (200, 250, 320, or 750 GB), then volumes more than a terabike are immediately covered, and it is very impossible to save it. Although this occurs seldom, it is possible to replace the heads or flash the firmware on some machines. Essentially, the disks produced by this manufacturer are unsatisfactory, unreliable, and flimsy.

Pros
  • The only benefit it offers is that it is manufactured by Seagate, a brand that has a reputation for being dependable. Yet there is no way back for him.
Cons
  • Noisy, warm. When there is a lot of information, the person reads it poorly. Transfers information from one disk to another in a very slow manner. Failure occurs frequently, and all of the information is lost.
