Review on SmarterHQ by Lawrence Allison

The ability of this tool was extremely helpful when I first started working with them! It helped me be able find new customers who were interested but had not yet purchased from us or even heard about our services before - which allowed my team & myself (customer service) make connections quicker than we normally would without their software's help!! Their support staff are also amazing people if you need any assistance during your trial period/order placement :) We used Smart HQ throughout all stages including post sales after purchase until they left so overall really enjoyed using everything offered through SMART Hq. Nothing specifically disliked while utilizing smart hQ other then maybe some minor things like making sure emails go straight into folders instead off being sent directly onto email clients etc..
