Good Product Management & Customer Service

Their customer support teams are very helpful in any cases that they cannot resolve themselves. They do what you need them to do which is awesome! Nothing really negative from my experience with their firm but I am guessing other firms may have more issues if hired at this point of time of writing these reviews because of COVID-19. If it’s not already used then start using TSI or look into some better products like Zoho CRM. It will definitely help ease many headaches or problems you might be encountering while trying different product solutions. The benefits i can see right now is just an organized database full of contacts available via phone calls or emails easily accessed by sales reps. This has been one huge hassle during times before covid so its good to address all your needs without stress when possible. Keeping track of business partners/contacts through email campaigns to make sure no duplicates were sent along. Sorting clients who require immediate attention vs those whom i'm leaving alone is something easy done here too. My office productivity greatly improved because everything went smooth even though there would always come challenges as long as you hire great staff with great resources such as TSIs. We also made new relationships which resulted into higher client retention rate. The ability to manage all of my leads from one central location. It is easy to set up campaigns and track results. There are some areas that could be improved like the layout and design of the site. Overall I am very happy with this product. We use it to generate new business for our sales team. It has allowed us to keep in the loop with all of our contacts and stay organized.
