Once you've paired them, they work, but I have to manually connect them every time I use them. The way the earhook makes it difficult not to have an earbud in your ear to actually hear someone when you're not listening to them. If all the wireless headsets I've bought (probably 20 pairs) are the only ones that require an Apple charging cable. Now I've lost the cable because of this and I can't charge it without buying a new cable even though I have a lot of Micro USB and USB-C cables.
