Review on Universal Cushion by Tempur-Pedic: Optimized for Enhanced Comfort and Support by Jenna Davis

What a sad surprise that Tempur-Pedic has changed the quality of this versatile pillow. I've slept on it for many years and get excellent neck support and a good night's sleep. The last purchase is a complete mess. Previous pillows were thicker and lasted longer, but this one is much softer and doesn't offer the support I'm used to. I compared the labels on the new and old pillow and found the difference was half a pound(!); the new one weighs a pound, the old one weighs a pound and a half. I feel betrayed and am very disappointed. I can only assume that Tempur-Pedic is cutting corners to save money. Not unlike getting a smaller batch of your favorite cereal for the same old price. We can only hope that Tempur-Pedic will read the reviews and go back to the old formula. I would happily pay more to get a more dense all round pillow.
