This product is terrible! DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT! I've been cutting my son's hair for a year now (pandemic inspired) using my husband's hair buzzer. I thought it would be easier for me to cut my son's hair with a smaller buzzer and the silent feature made this buzzer attractive. Please note: I have never had a problem with my husband's buzzer. However, while using this new buzzer, my son's hair repeatedly got caught in the buzzer. It hurt my son and made his hair look messy. I immediately stopped using it and went to get my husband's buzzer to finish my haircut. Which worked great. It also doesn't seem very strong. I charged it overnight. But she found it difficult to cut my son's fine hair. Really disappointed!
