Best dollar I've ever spent! Why didn't I buy this when I bought the house? I forgot there were instructions in the item description and was relieved to see that it was so easy and quick to install! It took me a hand to hold it straight as it was screwed into the wall and it took us 24 minutes to complete. I washed it so immediately filled it with work clothes to dry, I bought a dark one and it looks great, very heavy and appears to be a quality item. At first we thought we needed more rings to hold the dresses but I like the space my dresses have as they are drying now. No complaints. Good price, good product, durable, easy to use! I hope the inventor can retire in luxury! Here's an update: we use it daily and it loaded fully and then expanded fully and downloaded fully. It folds perfectly against the wall when not in use. I wish I had known about this when we were planning our laundry. I have no idea why nobody can open it. It stretches in many different ways and is so flexible and durable that it will air dry even with heavy wet clothing. It made washing a lot easier. Update: Added pics today as I put it away to wash.
