I do not understand that. It is equally granular/powdered.
I don't understand anything about it. It's grainy/powdery so applying it is ridiculous. It falls everywhere. You have to go to bed with your hand raised, otherwise it will spill everywhere. I don't even know if it works because I can't use it! I've waited too long and now I can't get it back ;{
