Great experience working in HCM suite - Employee Central

The user interface is very friendly for new users as well experienced ones alike! Also it's great if you need support when using this product because they are always there with solutions or help out whenever needed!! Nothing so far but I think their customer service team can be improved further by adding more resources (more staff).
We use hcm internally at our organization where we manage all employee related information like payroll calculation etc..and also have integration of payroll system which allows us access into other systems such as finance & accounting too.

Pros

In terms quality, features that has been added in last few years especially around HRIS/Payroll module making life easier!!!It supports multiple languages hence easy to implement across different countries without any additional cost involved due to translation requirement from employees standpoint !Easy UI design alongwith powerful backend engine makes me feel good every time i work through hr management portal
