We have occupied a warehouse that used to be a machine shop. the floors and walls were still covered with machine cutting oil. the smell was strong. We examined different solutions. I used to use a microbial oil scavenger to clean a boat's bilge so we chose this product. it comes out of the bucket as a soapy liquid. laid out, kept moist, watered with a hose. if the floor is 1500 sq.m. Feet dry, odor reduced by 90%, we bought another 5 gallons to go back in an open area that still seemed a bit oily. it seemed to do the job! We even sprayed this substance on drywall. easy to use and we could just flush it down the drain. It's no good if you use some kind of solvent or cleaning agent to try this. I called the people at Covertec several times with questions, they were responsive and helpful.
