Surprisingly worked for my Dell Inspiron 24 5459. This AIO computer was the first finicky device after my smartphone when it came to the power cord. I originally purchased an ONN brand universal charger from Walmart and found that it was actually incompatible due to Dell's built in energy sensing system. When this happens it slows down the performance of your devices and won't boot as usual, instead you have to use f12 to bypass it for performance degradation. This has achieved what I would not have thought possible with any other device brand. Thanks for the performance and functionality.
