The description said it was compatible with my Dell 3000 Inspiron but it didn't fit my model so I had to return it for a different one. I rated it 3 stars because it came with a couple of different sized earbuds and the length of the cord was long. I later saw a list of all the models it fit, but the charger's name made it seem wider than it really was.

Clearly labeled 85W device when it arrived and caused the Dell AIO to go into low power mode. Has been replaced by another brand. Not sure if it's a Dell thing or a non-90W unit as I haven't had a chance to measure it but the label said 85W.

The charger is advertised for my computer model, the plug is big, doesn't fit! They only advertise a range of models that this adapter will fit but they are wrong, waste of time, I will never order from them again.

Thank you for providing a 90W power cord for my Dell all-in-one desktop. I plugged it in, it looked like a matchstick. Oh my god, it worked straight away! So happy I didn't have to send it in to have it fixed, nothing wrong with that, just needed a little more power to get it working, thanks! :)

The product does not meet our declared requirements, although it was described. We had to send it back. It really should reflect exactly what devices this power cord is compatible with. Disappointed as we need it for our daughter's computer as she is now homeschooled.

I received this cable because I lost the power cord from my Dell All-in-One when I moved house. Works well. We actually found the original power cord that was lost, but now when we try to use that original cord, the computer throws an error message saying the power supply is insufficient. It was weird, but it doesn't matter as long as the new one still works.

I originally purchased an ONN brand universal charger from Walmart and found that it was actually incompatible due to Dell's built in energy sensing system. It worked on my new Dell 5488, but my computer didn't like it and gave me an error message about the power adapter. I found a used Dell OEM elsewhere and it works great. I think Dell made their computers just smart enough to recognize when a non-OEM charger is being used. In any case, Revane let me return it without further ado.

Worked amazing on my Dell Inspiron 24 5459 AIO PC. This was the first out of my machine smartphone when it came to the power cord. Actually incompatible due to Dell's built-in power detection system. It achieved what I thought was impossible with the unbranded device. Thanks for the performance and functionality.
