This is a nice sweater. I got this for my 8 year old. She usually wears a size 9/10 and this fit her generously.Material seems to be soft and not scratchy. I know that’s because when she tried it on she did not complain. She’s extremely selective about her clothing and really likes this and so do I. As I mentioned it’s generous in size so you don’t have to worry about that and the material seems to be nice and it is a good quality.I’m not sure about drying it if it will shrink it doesn’t seem like it would but I’m still going to be careful with it.I hope this review is helpful.
