I like that they can do all types of emails from autoresponds through followups etc., so it's not just one type or another! That is what makes them unique compared with other auto responders/CRM services we've used before (iContact & Salesforce).
They are great people who care about their customers but also understand how our business works as well - which helps us be aligned towards having success together :) We haven't tried any new products since using BuzzStream initially 2 years ago -- nothing major because there was no big problem then either really;) The only thing would probably need some improvements now might have been when doing account management / contact requests where sometimes things could take longer than expected due process time-wise once submitted by support team member.
