Review on RoadPro RPPS 16ES 12 Volt Auxiliary Outlet by Michael Harden

I thought this was exactly what I was looking for and ordered 3 of these for my camper van. I installed the first and part of the second installation, I tested them before screwing and fixing the wire. It didn't work so I tested the first one and it didn't work either. I replaced the 2nd with the 3rd and that didn't work either. I used correct polarity as instructed. I know from past experience that Revain sometimes gets bad batches of product (BluRay discs) and I think that's the case here. One to the battery and everything worked. So I removed one of the light fixtures that I had connected power to and checked it with a volt meter. Imagine my surprise to find that the black ground was positive and the white glow was not. Apparently this is also the case with another device. I reconnected the RoadPro and it works fine. I also have one that I installed on my truck a few months ago and it was perfect.
