From the first night I put it on I felt my trigger finger released. I used to have curled fingers at night and wake up with finger pain. There are no instructions for this product, just look at the page where the tire is advertised. and you will see how to wear it. The Velcro does not have to be opened every time you put it on. People who do this complain that the velcro has worn off. Just slip it on your finger once, then put it on and take it off whenever you want to wear it. I am very happy with this tyre.
