Review on π³ 5X7 Inch Blank Clear Acrylic Board by Ian Bates
Not quite 5 " x 7 " but decent sheets
If you need exactly 5x7, they may seem too small. They're short at 3/32 on the 5" side and 1/8" on the 7" end. If they're a little small, they'll fit. They have protective liners on both sides and are very flexible on the long End up to 1" break point so they are also suitable for curved frames.
