This cleaning water with a low pH value comes in a bottle with approx. 9.8 fl. Zo. Product and the price looks good, but I don't find it ideal for make-up removal. The texture is liquid/aqueous and easy to use and apply to makeup pads. It does a great job with cleansers and removes regular makeup, but it won't remove waterproof mascara, and even when I tried to remove my regular eye makeup, it stung my eyes, so maybe it's not those best option it. Your eyes what you may need to consider.
