Difficult at first but a great option well worth the work and price.
I have several sets now. The first one took me quite a while to get right and some additional tweaking in a week or two, but if you follow the instructions carefully and are willing to put in a little work, this is a wonderful and affordable alternative for those who can't afford it. . dental work or which otherwise needs to be improved. Despite various warnings, I've found that I can eat most meals without getting up, which is a real blessing on social occasions. By the third set I got (so I had extras) I learned how to adjust them and it only took about ten minutes. Highly recommended.
