I wish I could take a picture of what happened to this wonderful board. I liked everything about it: the size, the curved shape for the stomach, the removable pads underneath. It was perfect! Until that terrible night. I heard someone pop, like a plastic water bottle changing shape after hot air was released. Very clear, like pop. I didn't know what it was? The next morning I woke up smiling, ready to sit down to my coffee and my lap bamboo table. I went to the table (which was comfortably leaning against the wall) and saw numerous cracks along the top bamboo layer (3 layers glued together). I couldn't believe it! The desktop actually disconnected overnight. The temperature in the house was not lower than 63 and not higher than 72! This is a complete failure. Everything else about the laptop is perfect, but this problem doesn't even give you the option to order a replacement because you as a consumer are unsure if it won't happen again! Sorry guys, working on improving product quality control or improving the process of gluing all three layers together.
