This is more of a rating of 6 star service than the headphones. These are good headphones that come with many options including four headphone sizes, three stabilizing sport ribs for exercise, and two behind-the-ear hooks for more extreme exercise. The packaging is excellent, the case is nice, stylish and small, the instructions are clear, the microphone fits correctly (but can be a bit high when adjusting the temples, but you probably won't want to talk during heavy physical exertion), and the Three button control function includes play/pause, volume control, and skip/repeat The ear cups fit well and the fins are easy to put on and take off and fit well too. Being in the ears they have good noise cancellation and as far as I can tell the sound is good and clear. Unfortunately, the right earbud was not working when received. I called the 6 star customer service number, spoke to the person quickly and got help right away. Of course, the headphones are covered and the warranty is quite extensive, even if there are problems after actual use. That's impressive service, and the 50% Immortal Life program is worth checking out (regardless of the condition of the headphones or how they got to that condition, a simple return results in a 50% discount on a comparable product). I look forward to using it.
