Oh how glad I am to have the Dead Screen back! I love polka dots so this is a great replacement for my former Totes umbrella which was "accidentally" removed from my shopping cart by someone who must have needed an umbrella but didn't have the money to buy one. I've had this umbrella for at least 15 or even 20 years and it still works great! This one seems to be just as durable and works the same as my old one. I need both thumbs to open and close it, but being almost 80 I doubt most other people will have trouble with it and it might loosen up a bit with age. If not I will still love it and be happy to have the quality and reliability Totes put into their umbrellas.
