Disappointed - do not recommend
- Pros: Looks good, easy to assemble, good size. Cons: I bought this mainly to keep my small dog from peeing on our new hardwood floor. Within the first two days my 11lb dog threw open the door and ran away. Realizing I needed something different, that canvas and mesh weren't the best option, I immediately ordered a stronger yet easy-to-fold house handle. I was pleasantly surprised (at first) to receive an email from a seller wanting to compensate me with a $5 refund (fang) while I change my rating. This behavior is very unprofessional. I will not buy any more products from this company.
