I like how simple it makes reporting process! It's quite helpful as we are able to track all our privacy related activities in one place. You can also easily see which users have access what kind documents/reports from your organization with its intuitive interface. Sometimes when you try out different reports they will not be available unless there were certain actions taken by another user first (which doesn't really help if someone else has already done those steps). This tool definitely helps us keep organized but sometimes takes too much time since everything needs approval before getting published online so always double check information prior publishing them publicly. We use this software at work because my boss uses Google Drive extensively while working remotely hence making sure he follows proper procedures using his personal account would cause issues otherwise.
