Review on 🔥 REDCAMP Folding Outdoor Stove Windscreen: Aluminum Camping Stove Shield with Carrying Bag, Lightweight Butane Burner Windshield by Jonathan Sanders

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Great but damaged while camping

I liked the product and tested it with my Kovea Cube stove and kettle on my Jeep's tailgate table. The main reason for this is that sometimes during the hikes the wind goes haywire and steals the heat from the oven. I tried a few items in the camping box to block the wind so just boiling water wouldn't burn an entire can of fuel. As a result, I couldn't stand it and bought a screen, this screen. However, when I unpacked it from the "envelope" that Revain sent it to me in, it was creased at the corners. See attached photo. So nothing bad or irreparable, but with aluminum this soft, it's not surprising. Surprisingly they sent it in an envelope rather than a small box. 3 minutes with pliers and it was basically tight and I don't mind a few dents and scratches these will clean up on mine very quickly but in the future I would suggest boxing or putting a corner piece on top to keep them from curling bend . Either way, it's perfect, it's a good height. I was seriously considering the 5.25" version, but this is only 9" so I'm glad I bought it. Should work great in windy weather and sit in my jeep travel box for a while. Maybe even one for hiking. Just in case.
