Used it for a 10 day off-road kayak trip. My husband and I suspect that this windshield greatly improved the performance of our Whisperlite, but we were disappointed to see that all of the metal pins holding the panels together had rusted at the ends within a few days. We're not sure if it was in contact with seawater, but it was definitely exposed to the rain. I try not to buy a lot of disposable items. I would have liked a better quality windshield.

Product received two days after ordering, tried it on the balcony the next morning. The aluminum panels are heavy and strong, long enough to protect my canister and stove combo from the wind. Nice feature, you can remove individual panels as needed. 6 plates are enough for my canister + stove combination and I was able to reduce the carrying weight when camping. Just 10 plates are enough for most camping stoves.

I rate when something is particularly bad or particularly good; this is the last one. An amazingly well made and strong windshield that can be made smaller by pulling out the hinge pin.
