I purchased 2 of these Chairs. They came in 2 boxes for each chair which made it easy to handle. They were well packaged and received with no damage. Material seems good, and assembly was easy. They seem to work well for both my wife and I as she is 5 ft tall & I'm 6' tall. I have bad knees and the lift feature really helps to stand me up to exit the chair. The heat & vibration feature is nice & seems to help reduce pain in both of my knees. The chair seems soft but firm enough to keep from bottoming out. They seem to be Nap friendly or maybe It's cause I'm retired. I feel like it was a good value for what I received.
