I ordered this for my elderly father. He loved it at first – so my brother threw the boxes away… A couple days later he called me and said that it was too hard on his butt to sit for very long. husband has cognitive decline. buttons in rt side to operate up back feature are confusing to him. why are they not on the remote control?heat feature is lively but too hot.

I bought this chair and assembled it for my disabled father here is my/his review.The chair has a nice easy to put together design but it feels a little less stable than other lift massage chairs I have owned in the past. The overall comfort is good however the seat is a bit smaller but still plenty big for an average-sized person and maybe a small dog. Arm rests do not stay in position. Slide down when accidentally leaned on. Simple tightening screw assembly would fix this problem. Cords are not long enough to reach a plug other than putting the chair in front of a plug. Can not do that with 2 chairs besides each other. Could be fixed by an additional 2 foot length of cord.

So I have mixed emotions about this chair bc it's cute, reclines, lifts and compartments for remotes and cup holders. Checks all of those boxes. Very comfortable, good for the price, easy to get in n out of chair,, a very good recliner for the elderly or injured people, massage and heat work very well one! The ONLY reason I'm giving a 4 star. My mom lives in a highrise we all know how the elderly don't like annoying noise. The motor is a bit loud! I do highly recommend recliner IF they can fix the loud motor!

This chair was very reasonably priced even when adding in the shipping cost. We bought this for my 94 year old father and the only problem now is getting him to leave his chair! He loves the heating element, the massage and the lift. Very glad to have ordered it.

Bought this recliner for my wife since she has suffered a compression fracture in her lower back. She is very pleased with the comfort of the chair and the ease of now getting from a chair to her walker. The assembly was very easy and when assembled it is quite sturdy. Bought chair due to lack of ability. So far everything, works well. its very comfortable, it is smaller then other recliners I have, but not to small that's it would be uncomfortable trust me. It is a very comfortable recliner. Happy with chair

I like that the chair is comfortable. The power button takes getting used to because the front (or "east" side) of the button lays the chair back and you'd expect it to raise the chair forward. I guess the idea is that the footrest goes forward and the "west" end of the button closes the chair to its normal upright position. This chair has everything I wanted on it: power reclining/lift with remote control. Also, the heat and massage works quite well and they too are on the remote control. The heat is not near as strong as a heating pad but you can feel it for sure. At this price my expectations were low, but I’ve found this chair to be everything they advertise and then some. I weight 307 lbs and this chair quietly and quickly reclines and lifts right up to a standing position. Heat and massaging are very nice also. I love my new chair.

My mom loves her new chair! Being short, this chair makes it easy for her to elevate her legs to reduce swelling. Of course, standing up from a seated position was very difficult for her before getting her new lift recliner.

The chairs are very nice and easy to use. I order them for my elderly parents and they love the feel of the material and how nice it is to keep them clean. The chairs lay back far enough to comfortably take naps while watching TV. Also when you need to get up the chair raises you up to a very comfortable height to easily get out of the chair with no issues. Parents are loving the chairs the best buy for the money.Jackee Brown

I think I originally gave this 2-3 stars because I didn't receive part of one of the chairs. But I contacted the seller through revain and they immediately responded apologized and said they found the other part and they said it would arrive the next day which was a sunday! This is a very good chair. It was not easy to assemble at all. Tried several times to have a associate come out to help with the assembling but their was NEVER ANYONE IN MY AREA. Tried for two month. Once the left side of the chair was pressed down into the bracket, it would not stay in place. It kept popping back out. So, now I have a chair that won't stay in place. Not happy with this purchase at all. BE WARE !

The chair is great for my husband's ability to now to get out of chair without a struggle . He likes the size., the material, the idea it has the USB outlet. He is now spoiled. Loves the message selections. The only trouble with the remote is . it is hard to read the selections printed on it. It lifts at a great angle for easy exit.
