I like that the chair is comfortable. The power button takes getting used to because the front (or "east" side) of the button lays the chair back and you'd expect it to raise the chair forward. I guess the idea is that the footrest goes forward and the "west" end of the button closes the chair to its normal upright position. I would have designed it the other way, We purchased the chair to assist my aging wife to get in and out of the chair easily. She is a little shorter than 5' and we've found it easier to just assist her in getting into the chair in it's normal position.
